About Hofit Gandi Itzhak:

I'm Hofit Gandi Itzhak — an entrepreneur, speaker, and founder of the BALANCE method. I guide experts, therapists, business owners, and speakers in building influence, presence, and a thriving business, grounded in the connection between the inner world and business action. My work lives at the intersection of personal development, leadership, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship. I believe real success emerges when there's alignment between who we are and the way we act, communicate, and influence the world. Over the years, I've guided hundreds of people through personal and business growth processes — helping them refine their message, build trust, strengthen their self-confidence, and turn knowledge, experience, and passion into a meaningful business with real results. Through the BALANCE method I developed, I teach how to create balance between Being and Doing — between identity, values, and vision and the practical work of marketing, sales, time management, and execution. This approach allows people to build sustainable, long-term success without losing themselves along the way. On stage, I weave together storytelling, practical tools, and insights drawn from psychology, NLP, leadership, and business. My goal isn't only to inspire — it's to give people practical tools they can put into action the very next morning. I believe real influence begins from within — and that when a person is connected to themselves, to their values, and to the message they want to bring into the world, they can lead, influence, and grow far beyond what they thought possible.

My story

If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that being good at many things doesn't necessarily mean you're in the right place for you. For years, I was the woman everyone could rely on. The good girl. The top student. The engineer. The CEO. The mother. The facilitator. The one who knows how to hold people, solve problems, and lead processes. From the outside, it looked like success. And in many ways, it really was success. But at some point I realized I was so busy meeting expectations that I had stopped asking myself what I truly wanted. I grew up in a single-parent home in Afula. My father passed away from cancer when I was a year and a half old, and my mother raised me and my siblings on her own. From a young age I learned what responsibility means, what determination means — and the price of trying to be strong all the time. Those traits helped me get far in life, but they also led me, more than once, to live from a place of survival, of people-pleasing, and of trying to be everything others expected me to be. My personal journey led me from the world of engineering and high-tech into the world of personal development, therapy, facilitation, and business. Along the way, I met hundreds of talented, smart, capable people — people who weren't lacking knowledge, experience, or talent. What many of them were missing was exactly what I had been missing for years. A connection to themselves. Over time I understood that the real challenge isn't just knowing how to succeed. The challenge is to succeed without losing yourself along the way. To build a business without sacrificing your family. To create influence without trying to please everyone. To move forward without living in a constant chase. To hold big ambitions — without paying for them with your health, your relationship, or your inner peace. Out of this search, BALANCE was born. Not just as a business method, but as a way of life. A path that connects the inner world to the outer world — between Being and Doing, between identity and action, between meaning and results. Today I guide experts, business owners, and speakers in building influence and a thriving business — out of the belief that success isn't only what we build in the world, but also who we become along the way.
